The Scottish Premiership is not the only league table that features Rangers on top.

Celtic’s dreams of securing 10-in-a-row took a major dent on Saturday as Steven Gerrard’s men moved 19 points clear in the Scottish Premiership with a 1-0 win over their rivals at Ibrox.

They can extend that lead to 22 before Celtic next kick a ball, with Sunday’s visit to Pittodrie preceding Celtic’s home fixture against Hibs the following night.

Rangers have dropped just four points from a possible 66 in what has so far been an unbeaten league campaign, with their last dropped points coming in September’s 2-2 draw with Hibs at Easter Road.

That form has seen them rise to the top of stats site Transfermarkt’s international form table.

Based on the results of teams in every top flight league around the world over their last 10 games, the table sees Gerrard’s side ahead on goal difference.

FK Gomel of Belarus and Budućnost Podgorica of Montenegro both join Rangers in having 100% records over the last 10 fixtures, but the Scottish side’s superior goal difference of 27 compared to Gomel’s 22 means they sit top.

Rangers have scored 29 times in that period, conceding only twice.
