Ian Wright hailed Alexandre Lacazette on his Instagram story for his ‘brilliant’ performance during Arsenal’s 4-0 win against West Brom on Saturday.
The Highbury legend shared that he is aware of ‘how hard’ Lacazette has worked in order to keep his ‘confidence up’ during these difficult times for the club.
Well, along with the youngsters, Lacazette is stepping up for his side and his brace yesterday meant that he has scored in four games on the bounce for the club.
This is what Wright had to say about the Frenchman on his social media account after yesterday’s win.
“I know how hard you have worked to find your form and keep your confidence up,” said Wright. “Brilliant performance.”
Whilst it was Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who was amongst the goals last season, it’s Lacazette delivering the goods now.
