In similar fashion to when Crystal Palace offered Vicente Guaita a pre-contract while he was at Getafe, Everton are sniffing around the 26-year-old.
Silva is currently free to negotiate such a contract, with only six months left on his existing terms.
Should he accept Everton’s offer, then he will join on a free transfer this summer.

If you’re wondering what type of goalkeeper the Maia-born glovesman is, then Granada’s official website provide some good detail.
After his arrival in 2017, the Spanish outfit described Silva as someone who has ‘good control with the ball at his feet’ while also providing ‘calm and certainty’ to his teammates.

The Sweden international is currently at Goodison Park on a season-long loan, where he is challenging Jordan Pickford for the No.1 shirt.
However, he will return to Roma when the season is up, which would leave the Toffees without a serious challenger to the England international.
