Tanguy Ndombele’s goal within the first minute was cancelled out by Romain Saiss’ glancing header in the dying stages.

After Ndombele opened the scoring so quickly, Spurs had plenty of time to push on and score more goals against Nuno Espirito Santo’s men.
However, it seemed as if they decided to sit on their 1-0 lead, just as they did against Crystal Palace recently.
In similar fashion to the match at Selhurst Park, that decision came back to bite Tottenham as a late equaliser resulted in another 1-1 draw.
It’s quite worrying to see Mourinho set his side up like this.
With Harry Kane and Heung-min Son in the XI, Tottenham have more than enough firepower to hurt teams and kill games off.
However, Kane failed to have a shot on target yesterday, while Son had just one effort on target as WhoScored shows.
For Lineker to say that Tottenham ‘offered very little’ against Wolves is, arguably, an understatement.
