The new batch of episodes continues the story of the galaxy’s best space dad, Mando (aka Din Djarin) and the Child, now named Grogu.

What time is Chapter 15 released?

  • Episode 7 of The Mandalorian season 2 will release at midnight Pacific Time on December 11th, 2020.

Just like with season 1, episodes of The Mandalorian are to release weekly rather than in one binge-friendly bundle.

On top of that, Disney+ has also taken a leaf from Netflix’s book and releases new content globally at the same time, midnight PT.

That means Chapter 15 will arrive at the same time around the world, 3am ET in the US, 8am here in the UK and 6pm in Eastern Australia.

Last time: Chapter 14

Chapter 14, titled The Tragedy, really lived up to its name for Mandalorian fans.

Mando and Grogu arrive on the planet Tython and find the Seeing Stone that Ahsoka instructed them to find. However, just as Grogu is about to do his thing on the Seeing Stone, a familiar-looking ship appears in the sky.

Boba Fett, who we saw briefly in Chapter 9, has tracked Mando along with Fennec Shand in the hopes of getting his armour back.

After a heated discussion, Imperial troops, who had been tracking Mando’s ship, arrive on Tython and attack.

The bounty hunters are left to work together to keep Grogu safe but it’s not enough as droid Dark Troopers are able to capture the Child and take him to Moff Gideon while Mando’s ship, the Razor Crest, is tragically destroyed.

Mando must now enlist the help of Migs Mayfeld, who we met in Chapter 6, in order to track down Moff Gideon’s cruiser and rescue the infant.

The Mandalorian season 2 is streaming now on Disney+ after premiering on October 30th with Chapter 15 arriving on December 11th.
