Let’s face it, Arsenal need a bit of luck if they’re going to beat Tottenham Hotspur tomorrow – and they may have a big, big boost in that regard.

The Gunners visit top-of-the-table Spurs in a North London derby and with Mikel Arteta’s side sitting 14th in the Premier League, it’s obvious who the favourites are.

But Arsenal might just have their £45 million powerhouse available.

Thomas Partey hasn’t kicked a ball under Arteta since before the last international break, due to an injury suffered during the 3-0 defeat by Aston Villa at the Emirates Stadium.

But the former Atletico Madrid midfielder was spotted in a photograph at London Colney on Saturday afternoon.

And here’s how some Arsenal fans reacted to the photo:

Even with Partey, Arsenal still might struggle to stop Jose Mourinho’s side from picking up another victory to consolidate the theory that they can genuinely win the Premier League.

But one thing is for sure: their chances of winning the derby go way, way up if Arteta has the luxury of naming the midfielder in his first XI.
