It seems as though Romelu Lukaku has a big admirer in Jack Grealish because the Aston Villa playmaker was gushing over him on his Instagram story last night.

The former Premier League hitman netted a brace against Borussia Monchengladbach on Tuesday evening as Inter Milan kept their Champions League hopes alive heading into the final game of the group stages next week.

Grealish would have seen first hand what Lukaku is like when England were beaten by Belgium in the UEFA Nations League last month.

But it seems as though the ball-carrying Englishman thinks the ex-Manchester United and Everton man is ‘the most underrated striker in the world’.

“Lukaku man!!!”, wrote Grealish on his Instagram story. “Most underrated striker in the world. Unreal!”

It does seem as though Lukaku has unfinished business in England and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the Belgian powerhouse return to the Premier League one day.

There does seem to be a level of disrespect levelled on Lukaku’s name because he has 113 Premier League goals to his name and only a select few have reached such heights since 1992.

Manchester United sold him to Inter for £74 million in 2019 [BBC Sport] because Ole Gunnar Solskjaer didn’t deem him to be good enough for his long-term plans.

Well, with both Inter and Man United still in the Champions League, Lukaku will be hoping for an Old Trafford reunion and you could just see him tearing the place down at the theatre of dreams if the opportunity arises.
