Peter Crouch has suggested to The Daily Mail that Aston Villa attacking midfielder Peter Crouch should be learning from Harry Kane and Jordan Henderson.

The former Villa and England international striker has spoken highly of Grealish, who has earned five caps for the Three Lions so far.

The 25-year-old, who can also operate as a winger, is hoping to be part of the England squad for the European Championship next summer.

Crouch has praised Grealish, and the BT Sport pundit believes that the attacking midfielder would learn a lot if he watches Tottenham Hotspur striker Kane and Liverpool midfielder Henderson closely when they all are on international duty.

The Englishman told The Daily Mail: “What I do like about Grealish, though, is the evidence that he wants to learn and improve. Every interview I have heard from him recently has struck the right tone and if he is watching Harry Kane and Jordan Henderson, he is educating himself about England from excellent role models.

“Nobody can question his ability but you have to earn your place with England. Gareth Southgate has handled him brilliantly, sending a message that he wanted to see improvement, blooding him slowly and then rewarding him when the improvement came. He can be an important member of the Euros squad.”

Jack Grealish is in form

Grealish is playing well for Villa at the moment, and his form for England has been impressive as well.

The attacking midfielder has been praised for his performances for the Three Lions, and if he continues to play well for the Villans in the coming months, then it is very likely that he will be part of Gareth Southgate’s European Championship squad next summer.

According to WhoScored, Grealish has scored four goals and provided five assists in eight Premier League games for Villa so far this season.
