The first episode of Steve McQueen’s latest hit series ‘Small Axe’ has just premiered on Amazon Prime Video, but what date will episode 2 release?

Steve McQueen is a legendary filmmaker who has made some of the most memorable movies in recent memory, including Shame, 12 Years a Slave and Widows.

However, McQueen is now turning his attention to the small screen with the first episode of his series ‘Small Axe’ premiering today, November 20th, on Amazon Prime Video.

The anthology series is based on the real experiences of London’s West Indian community and features the likes of Hollywood A-listers John Boyega and Letitia Wright.

Now that the first episode has debuted, fans are wondering when episode 2 of Small Ace will release on the Amazon streaming platform.

Small Axe episode 2: Release date

  • Small Axe season 1 episode 2 is scheduled to release on Friday, November 27th on Amazon Prime Video.

The series is also broadcasting on BBC One every Sunday, with episode 2 airing on November, 22nd.

Small Axe season 1 episode 2 is expected to release at midnight PST on Friday, November 27th on Amazon Prime Video.

If this time remains correct, episode 2 will release on Amazon at the following times:

  • Pacific Time: Midnight
  • Central Time: 2 AM
  • Eastern Time: 3 AM
  • British Time: 8 AM
  • European Time: 9 AM
  • Australia Time: 5:30 PM

However, TheFutonCritic reports that episode 2 will release at midnight EST on Friday, November 27th on Amazon Prime Video.

Small Axe: Release schedule

Season 1 of Small Axe consists of five episodes, which will be released on Amazon Prime Video on the following dates:

  • Small Axe episode 2: Friday, November 27th
  • Small Axe episode 3: Friday, December 4th
  • Small Axe episode 4: Friday, December 11th
  • Small Axe episode 5: Friday, December 18th
