Heung-min Son has revealed that he thinks ‘every’ Tottenham player misses Kevin Wimmer, who was sold to Stoke in 2017 by Mauricio Pochettino.
Tweeting during a Q&A session today, the South Korea international said the following.
So much! I think every Tottenham player misses him! #AskSonny https://t.co/SRTIElWor8

The Austrian centre-back joined the Potters in a deal worth £18 million, having made 31 appearances for Spurs following his move from FC Köln in 2015.

Wimmer struggled to nail down a first-team place amid competition from the likes of Eric Dier, Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld, and Daniel Levy did well to secure such a significant fee for the defender.
Son was asked about the 27-year-old, as he and Wimmer shared a great relationship in north London.

The Tottenham No.7 has previously revealed that he was devastated when Spurs sold his friend.
Son told the Evening Standard that he was texting the Wels-born defender every two days following his move to the Potters.
Despite failing to cement himself under Pochettino, it seems as if Wimmer was a great teammate to have behind the scenes, and also a player who everyone got on well with.
The centre-back is yet to make an appearance for Stoke in the Championship this season.
Wimmer has only been afforded two appearances for the development side in Premier League 2, and spent last season on loan at Belgian outfit Royal Excel Mouscron.
