A player who was linked with Newcastle United, West Ham United and Crystal Palace in the summer transfer window is said to be ‘in no hurry’ to renew his contract, which expires next summer.
A Bola claimed that Newcastle, West Ham and Palace had all shown an interest in the Porto striker, Moussa Marega.
Marega’s agent insisted, however, that his client was happy at the club and would not push for a move.
The 29-year-old has since played regularly for Porto – 10 times this season; nine as a starter – and scored three goals.

But Marega is once again attracting attention, according to Record – though the Portuguese website fails to state from whom and insists there have been no formal offers.
It adds, however, that there is ‘no glimpse of white smoke in connection with a possible renovation’.

Should his contract continue to run down, January will represent the final chance for Porto to see a return on their £3.4 million investment.
And that could entice some of those alleged summer suitors – Newcastle, West Ham, Crystal Palace et al – to test the water with a bid.
Unlike West Ham, who began the campaign with Michail Antonio as an auxiliary centre-forward, both Newcastle and Palace were able to strengthen in Marega’s position ahead of the previous transfer deadline.
But things can change quickly in football – injuries, transfers etcetera – and it would be foolish to rule out either the Magpies or Eagles.
Fans of Newcastle, West Ham and Crystal Palace – should your club move for Marega this winter?
