Sarah Parish: Actress stars in Industry!

The actress tackles the role of Nicole in Industry and the series consists of eight episodes in total.

Viewers are likely to make up their minds about the senior colleague character pretty quickly and Sarah brings real power to the role.

We won’t go into spoilers, so let’s move on to spotlight the English actress rather than Nicole.

She was born in Yeovil, Somerset and it’s also worth noting that her brother is musician John Parish.

In her early years she went to Preston School and Yeovil College, going on to attend Yeovil Youth Theatre and later the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts in London.

According to IMDb, the 52-year-old actress first appeared on screens in a 1994 episode of The Bill (she played Linda Pincham).

She went on to land more TV roles in the likes of Peak Practice (Dawn Rudge), The Vice (Jane Farrell), Hearts and Bones (Amanda Thomas), Trust (Annie Taylor) and Blackpool (Natalie Holden).

More recently, TV fans may have seen her in W1A (Anna Rampton), Bancroft (Elizabeth Bancroft), Medici (Lucrezia de’ Medici), Trollied (Cheryl), Broadchurch (Cath Atwood), The Collection (Marjorie Stutter) and Atlantis (Pasiphae).

Other small-screen highlights include Breathless (Margaret Dalton), Monroe (Jenny Bremmer), Mistresses (Dr. Katie Roden) and The Pillars of the Earth (Regan Hamleigh).

On the other hand, fans of the 2006 film The Holiday may remember her as Hannah!

As for other film roles, she was also in 2005’s The Wedding Date (TJ) and 2017’s You, Me and Him (Mrs. Jones).
