Liverpool fans have taken to Twitter to react after it was reported by FC Inter News that the Reds are interested in signing Nicolò Barella.
The Inter Milan playmaker is also wanted by Arsenal and Manchester United, while La Liga sides Barcelona and Atletico Madrid are keen according to the report.
Best XI That Could Have Represented Italy
FC Inter News also state that Antonio Conte’s side want to tie the 16-cap Italy international down to a new contract, given his growing importance to the Serie A giants.
At just 23 years of age, Barella is a fine talent with plenty of room for growth in his career, reinforced by Inter’s efforts to secure his future at the San Siro.
According to Goal, Inter paid Cagliari a guaranteed €37 million (£33.5 million) in the summer of 2019 for the midfielder’s services, in a deal which could reach £45 million in potential add-ons.

The Cagliari-born string-puller has four assists in nine games this season, including a delightful backheel flick to set up Lautaro Martinez against Real Madrid earlier this week.
He would be an excellent signing for Jurgen Klopp.
However, FC Inter News’ report states that Barella is a boyhood Inter fan, so prising him away from the San Siro could potentially be difficult.
Let’s see how the Liverpool fans on Twitter reacted to this transfer news…
He is a baller. One of the few natural box to box players. Defends, creates, scores, and seems to be the liverpool type of person. Perfect wijnaldum replacement.

oh boy, this guy is good very good, but looking at LFC history with Italian players are not that great, most of them floped, but i would rather take chance on this guy,he is a pressing machine with good technical abilities.
