Arsenal fans are calling for Folarin Balogun to make his first ever start on Thursday evening.

Arsenal are set to take on Molde in the Europa League tomorrow, and Mikel Arteta is expected to make numerous changes for the fixture.

Arsenal have tended to try out new options in Europe so far, and Gunners supporters feel that Balogun could benefit from the rotational policy.

The 19-year-old striker made his debut for Arsenal, as he came off the bench in their last game against Dundalk.

And Gunners fans now want to see the teenager from the off against Molde, as they are excited by his potential.

Arsenal actually still seem to have some work to do to convince Balogun to stick with them, as his contractual situation is not the most certain.

Balogun’s current deal expires at the end of the season and he is yet to pen new terms, but if Arteta gives him a starting chance, it may make him more willing to commit his future at the Emirates Stadium.

Balogun has been one of Arsenal’s most prolific scorers at under-23 level, and there are high hopes for his future in the game.
