You may have noticed players running around Warzone with an awesome pumpkin head, but how can you get the jack-o-lantern cosmetic?

The new Halloween-themed ‘Haunting of Verdansk’ in Call of Duty has brought some awesome new cosmetics.

However, gamers have noticed that some players have been causing carnage with pumpkin headgear which in some cases, are set ablaze.

In this article, we breakdown how you can get the pumpkin head in Warzone and other multiplayer modes.

How to get pumpkin head in Warzone…

  • All you need to do to get the pumpkin/jack-o-lantern headgear in Warzone is to get a three-kill streak.

After you get a three-kill streak, the headgear will automatically spawn on your character, which you’ll only see in the kill-cam.

If you are lucky enough to get a 10-kill streak without dying, the headgear will then be set alight – which, whilst it looks awesome, completely nullifies the idea of safety.

However, it doesn’t look like the pumpkin headgear is available for zombies who devour three players, so there is no getting away from their terrifying glowing blue eyes.

Is the pumpkin head in normal multiplayer?

Yes, the pumpkin headgear is available in the traditional multiplayer game modes that can also be gained by getting a three-kill streak.

However, it doesn’t appear that getting a three-kill streak using only killstreaks will cause the headgear to spawn – although this may change with more clips of the game are shared.

If you are playing the Onslaughter mode, you’ll need a 15-kill streak to get a pumpkin-wearing juggernaut.

When is the pumpkin head available to?

Whilst unconfirmed, gamers can expect the pumpkin headgear to remain in the game until The Haunting of Verdansk ends on November 3rd.

However, there is a possibility that the headgear will be made available to customise your character with after this date.
