Rangers managed to bring in one midfielder on deadline day earlier this month, but they could still bring in another on a free transfer.
Bongani Zungu finally arrived on loan from Amiens on deadline day, having been linked with Rangers for many months before his move became official.
Zungu now joins Ryan Jack, Steven Davis, Glen Kamara, Scott Arfield and Joe Aribo as options for Steven Gerrard’s midfield at Ibrox, in a hugely exciting set of midfielders.

Still, the Press Association have reported that Jack Wilshere is now interested in holding talks with Rangers over a deal to reunite with Steven Gerrard.
The pair played together for England, and whilst Rangers haven’t yet made a move, the 28-year-old would seemingly fancy a move to Ibrox.
Now, Wilshere has been videoed training in a park in order to build up his fitness, as posted by Jack Wilshere’s NFC Elites.
It’s only a brief clip, but at least Wilshere is putting in the hard to work to get himself fit following his West Ham United release – and maybe, just maybe, he can end up at Rangers yet.
