West Ham United star Declan Rice raved about Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane on Sky Sports Football (6:34pm, October 18, 2020).
Rice, who can operate as a defender or as a defensive midfielder, was impressed with how Kane played for Tottenham against West Ham in the London derby on Sunday evening.
The England international striker scored twice and provided an assist in the Premier League game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and the 27-year-old also hit the post.
Spurs were 3-0 up heading into the final 10 minutes of the match, but the home team conceded three goals late on and had to settle for a 3-3 draw.
Rice said about Kane on Sky Sports Football (6:34pm, October 18, 2020): “He’s different class. His hold up play in on another level. The way he brings others into play, we had trouble dealing with him.
“But in the second half, we managed to nullify him. He had a great chance with his left to get his hat-trick. Lucky enough, Gareth missed a great chance as well which kept us in it.”
Harry Kane is on fire
