David Moyes’s side are also in good form, with the Hammers having defeated Leicester City 3-0 away from home at the King Power Stadium before the international break.

This is how Tottenham and West Ham will line up at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the London derby this afternoon:

Meanwhile, Tottenham legend Glen Hoddle has given his take on Spurs signing Gareth Bale, while ex-Arsenal star Paul Merson believes that Said Benrahma is a good addition to West Ham’s team.

The Times quotes Hoddle as saying: “Gareth might not be that box-to-box player he was five or six years ago, when he was all about using his pace.

“Now, he might be as much a creator if he is played deeper or drops deeper, much the way that Harry Kane did when he provided all four goals for Son at Southampton recently. I can see Bale doing that for Kane.”

Merson said on Sky Sports News (1:51pm, October 17, 2020): “I do like him. He has done an unbelievable gesture at Brentford. And he is a good player.

“At West Ham, that’s what they need. You have him on one side, Bowen on the other and Antonio up top, that’s a real threat.”
