Kamala Harris’ communications director Liz Allen has tested positive for Covid-19 which has forced the VP candidate to cancel her travel plans.
The VP democratic nominee has cancelled her upcoming events after two campaign members have been diagnosed with Covid-19.
One of them is Kamala’s campaign manager, Jen O’Malley Dillon, and the other one is communications director Liz Allen who has previously worked with Barack Obama during his presidential campaign.

Liz Allen is a managing director in The Glover Park Group’s strategic communications department.
She kicked off her politics career at the Democratic National Convention in Denver, working on the Barack Obama-Joe Biden campaign during the 2008 election process.
Liz has served as a communications director to Obama and held several positions during his administration.
She was a White House director of message planning and a deputy director of communications to Biden when he was a vice president.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Liz worked as a management analyst at the US Department of State from 2006 to 2008.

She graduated with a degree in Political Science and minor in Sociology concentrating on Criminal Justice.

Liz has been confirmed as two of Kamala’s top aides who have tested positive for Covid-19.
The campaign has announced that Liz and Kamala’s campaign manager, Jen O’Malley Dillon, have been diagnosed with the virus following a recent trip.
According to a statement, Liz and Jen were with Kamala during a flight on October 8th.
The VP candidate has tested negative for the virus but her travel plans have been cancelled until Monday, October 19th.
