According to The Guardian‘s Deadline Day live blog (15:44), West Ham have completed the signing of Said Benrahma on loan, as there is no time for Brentford and the Hammers to sign the paperwork for a permanent deal.
David Moyes’ side will be obliged to buy the Algerian, with the earlier agreed fee set at £25 million rising to £30 million with add-ons.

Interestingly, the BBC reported earlier in the day that the Swans were eyeing up the ex-Leicester man if Joe Rodon leaves for Tottenham, so keep an eye on the Welshman’s situation regarding that potential switch.

Harvey Elliott agrees loan move to Blackburn Rovers
According to the BBC‘s Deadline Day live blog (15:38), Liverpool’s prodigious 17-year-old talent Harvey Elliott has agreed to move to Blackburn Rovers on loan, where he’ll work with Tony Mowbray.
It will be the teenager’s first loan move away from Anfield, and he will be coached by an excellent manager in terms of working with bright prospects.
Mowbray previously coached James Maddison and ex-Liverpool winger Ryan Kent at Coventry.
