According to L’Equipe, Leeds United have offered Bayern Munich €20million (£18million) for midfielder Michaël Cuisance.
It’s claimed that Cuisance is now looking close to a move to Elland Road, with personal terms unlikely to be a problem for the Whites.
There are other clubs interested, with Marseille, Nice and even Newcastle United thought to be very interested in signing Cuisance before the October transfer deadline.
But it’s Leeds who looks set to win the race, with Marcelo Bielsa convincing him that he will play a key role at Elland Road.
Hansi Flick has failed to promise Cuisance playing time at Bayern, so Hasan Salihamidzic has opened the door to a deal having previously not wanted to sell the Frenchman.
Leeds are now pushing to finalise a deal for Cuisance, who is a creative midfield player with outstanding close control and a wand of a left foot. -the latter attribute was also spotted by pundit Don Hutchison, who recommended Cuisance to West Ham.

The 21-year-old can carry the ball brilliantly, play progressive passes in the final third and he isn’t shy to shoot from range, with his set pieces also a threat.
Cuisance looks to have a huge future, so this could be a massive coup for Leeds – as long as they can fend off the other clubs, like Newcastle, for Cuisance’s signature.
