Apple have released the latest iOS update and users are wondering if there are new emojis in iOS14. Stay tuned as we break down the latest emoji updates and other changes.

Apple just surprise-released iOS14 yesterday, September 16th, and it took users completely unprepared.

The update is available on iPhone 6s and later devices, while iPadOS14 is available on the iPad Air 2 and later iPad versions.

If your phone didn’t automatically update to iOS14 when it released, then go to Settings – General – Software Update, and then download it.

The recurring question with a lot of the new updates and features is how handy they are and – like with most technology – whether or not they make our lives easier.

There’s a cool new feature that allows you to screenshot by simply tapping the back of your phone.

Phone calls no longer take up the whole screen and instead present as a notification at the top.

The new feature App Clips allows users to access certain elements of apps without having to download the full app. All you need is a link or code.

Are there new emojis in iOS14

The update being more handy is all well and good, but the one thing we all really care about is if we there are any new emojis in iOS14.

Unfortunately, the iOS14 update doesn’t bring any emoji novelties, but it does bring upgrades to your MeMoji.

These include new hairstyles, stickers, and most relevantly, face masks to choose from. Now, you can stay safe even in virtual form and personalise to your heart’s content.
