Fabrizio Romano has said on the Last Word on Spurs (34 minutes) that Sergio Reguilon has been offered to both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur this summer, but no bids have been made yet.
Reguilon excelled on loan at Sevilla last season, but Real Madrid are looking to cash in on the left-back.
Arsenal and Tottenham have now apparently been given the chance to sign Reguilon, but neither of the North London duo have made an attempt to land him yet.
“Reguilon has been offered to Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham,” Romano revealed.
“Many clubs are considering him because, in my opinion he’s such a good player, he had such a good season with Sevilla.
“Napoli are also considering him, he will move from Real Madrid. But there are no talks to sign him at the moment.”

Reguilon, who is valued at £23 million (ESPN) and was described as having a ‘lovely left foot’ by Glenn Hoddle on BT Sport (as transcribed by Tribuna), could be an appealing addition for both Tottenham and Arsenal, but both clubs need to be picky over who they bring in this summer.
Tottenham and Arsenal don’t have unlimited funds to spend, and as talented as Reguilon is, bringing in a left-back is unlikely to be a priority for either side.
Jose Mourinho appears to really like Ben Davies, who has proven to be very solid at the back for Tottenham.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have Kieran Tierney playing a starring role at left-back for them, with Mikel Arteta showing great faith in the Scottish international so far.
The chance of sign a player of Reguilon’s quality doesn’t come around every day though, and it is a transfer opportunity that Tottenham and Arsenal will surely have to give some consideration to.
