According to The Scottish Sun, Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is a target for Porto as they look to replace Moussa Marega.
It’s claimed that Porto have Morelos high on their list of transfer targets before the transfer window ends.
Morelos bagged against Porto both home and away in last season’s Europa League, and it seems that the Portuguese side have kept tabs on him ever since.
They would seemingly only move if Marega leaves, which looks likely given that he has just a year left on his contract at Porto.
A Bola reported over the weekend that Newcastle want to make a move for Marega, possibly offering around €15million (£13.5million).
Intriguingly, The Chronicle noted in April that Newcastle themselves really want Morelos, with Steve Bruce a big fan.

They couldn’t convince Rangers to sell Morelos in January, and with little chance of them reaching Rangers’ asking price this summer, they could instead sign Marega.
That may then see the Colombian head over to Portugal to replace Marega in a strange twist of fate.
