Despite Apple and Epic Games being locked in conflict with Microsoft recently backing the Fortnite developer, Season 4 of the battle royale game has – rather remarkably – not been delayed. Lots of people have been asking what time does Season 4 come out for Fortnite, and here you’ll discover when Season 3 will end.

It was leaked before, but Epic Games have confirmed that Fortnite’s upcoming continuation of Chapter 2 will focus on Marvel. While there are a bunch of rumoured skins which include Groot and Wolverine, Thor is confirmed thanks to his mighty hammer appearing in the game as well as because he’s the focus of the comic book pages.

If you cannot wait for the emergence of Thor in the battle royale landscape, below you’ll discover when Season 3 will end and what time Season 4 will come out.

When does Fortnite Season 3 end?

Fortnite Season 3 will end on August 27th.

Judging by prior updates, it’s probable that Fortnite Season 3 will officially end between 07:00 and 09:00 BST.

Once the current Chapter 2 instalment has concluded, there will be a downtime that will probably last for a couple of hours.

This downtime will allow the game to roll into Season 4 but gamers on iOS will not be able to participate thanks to Apple and their disagreement with Epic Games.

What time does Fortnite Season 4 start?

Fortnite Season 4 will start and come out on August 27th at 09:00 BST.

If this is when Fortnite Season 4 does begin, then it will also start at the time of 01:00 PT and 04:00 ET on the same day.

Epic Games haven’t confirmed the hours for when their collaboration with Marvel will begin, meaning the above is a presumption based on history.

The above estimations come courtesy of Eurogamer, but it’s possible Season 4 could start slightly later. It mostly depends on when Season 3 concludes and downtime begins.
