Some Norwich City fans are actually open to the idea of letting Jamal Lewis join Liverpool.
The Guardian suggest that Liverpool are set to return with an improved offer for Lewis, after seeing their first offer for the full-back turned down.
And Norwich supporters now think that they are being offered a good price for the 22-year-old, who hasn’t always convinced defensively.
If Lewis does join Liverpool he will have to improve defensively before being ready for a regular starting spot, but it is likely to be his attacking qualities which have caught the eye.
The prospect looks a real threat going forward, with his pace a major asset.
If he was to join Liverpool he could add even more depth to their defence, and provide some solid cover for Andy Robertson.
Liverpool currently have a lack of options who can play at left-back, and it is likely that Lewis would immediately become Klopp’s second choice in the position upon his arrival.
