Tottenham paid Paris Saint-Germain £23 million to sign the Ivory Coast international right-back, and the North London outfit’s chairman, Daniel Levy, does not want to sell him at a lower price, according to the report.
The report has added that Italian giants Milan are offering just £12 million as transfer fee for the 27-year-old.
Aurier is not the best of right-backs, but the 27-year-old is a good player who has done well for Spurs, although it must be said that he has made mistakes from time to time.
There is no point in Tottenham in selling the former PSG star at a loss, and there is an argument to be made that the Premier League club should not sell him until and unless they have struck a deal to sign a replacement this summer.
Tottenham will aim to finish in the top four of the Premier League next season, and head coach Jose Mourinho will need a strong squad.
