What is the Women Supporting Women Challenge?

The Women Supporting Women Challenge has made it’s way through Instagram and has been taken over by some of the biggest names online and in show business.

The challenge consists of women posting a black and white picture of themselves whilst using the hashtag #womensupportingwomen.

You should also tag as many friends as you would like, who will then also take part in the challenge.

The idea of the challenge is to build women’s confidence and support one another online.

Who has taken part in the Women Supporting Women Challenge?

A whole load of famous women have joined in with the Women Supporting Women Challenge, such as Vanessa Bryant, Kerry Washington, and Eva Longoria.

Hilary Duff, Eniko Hart, and Zoe Saldana also took part in the Instagram challenge by uploading a black and white shot of themselves.
