Television host Grant Imahara has passed away at the age of 49 and his fans wonder whether he was married.

This week, people woke up to the sad news that MythBusters and White Rabbit Project host Grant Imahara has died.

Grant was certainly very loved by his friends and fans as tributes poured out on social media, with people sharing emotional posts and fond memories of the late host and engineer.

Meet Jennifer Newman

Jennifer is a costume designer and actress.

According to IMDB, some of her credits include the 2009 series There Will Be Brawl and the 2012 Batgirl: Spoiled. She also appeared in the short comedy/sci-fi The Death and Return of Superman.

Meanwhile, on her Instagram bio, Jennifer writes that she’s a “Costume designer, wardrobe wrangler, mac & cheese enthusiast, air shark pilot, cat lady”.

She has worked on costume designs for the TV show Miss 2059 and the 2020 movie Emerson Heights.

Was Grant Imahara married?

No, Jennifer and Grant weren’t married. The two got engaged in 2016 and didn’t tie the knot.

According to TMZ, Grant proposed in front of 250 guests who weren’t aware this was an engagement party as everyone reportedly gathered for Jennifer’s birthday party.

Moreover, the publication wrote that Grant popped the question with a vintage 1.56-carat ring which allegedly cost around $20,000.

Jennifer pays tribute

Jennifer has taken to her Twitter profile to pay a poignant tribute to the late MythBusters presenter.

She wrote:

“I haven’t found the words. I don’t know if I’ll be able to. I lost a part of my heart and soul today. He was so generous and kind, so endlessly sweet and so loved by his incredible friends. I feel so lucky to have known him, to have loved & been loved by him. I love you, honey.”
