According to Sky Germany, Hector Bellerin wants to leave Arsenal this summer – but Bayern Munich have not made a move for him.
Sky Germany claim that they have spoken directly to Bellerin. The Spaniard allegedly wants to change clubs this summer as he is ‘not satisfied’ at Arsenal.
It would certainly be bold of Bellerin to say that, and frankly doesn’t seem like something he would freely come out with before the season is even over.
Additionally, the report states that whilst Bayern have been linked, sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic has yet to make contact with Bellerin’s representatives.
Sky subsequently think Bayern aren’t all that keen on Bellerin, even if they believe he is set on leaving Arsenal this summer.
Bellerin, 25, has been with Arsenal since 2011 now, having left hometown club Barcelona for a move to North London nearly 10 years ago now.
The right back has been a mainstay of the Arsenal side in recent memory, racking up more than 200 appearances for the club.
Yet with Cedric Soares signed up, Ainsley Maitland-Niles offering competition, Arsenal needing funds and Bellerin looking short of his best since returning from a major injury, it may all point to Bellerin moving on this summer – and this report only adds to that theory.
