Robertson was impressed with the display produced by the 19-year-old midfielder against Burnley at Anfield in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
The Scotland international believes that the Liverpool academy graduate can have a big career at the Reds.
Robertson has also praised 19-year-old right-back Neco Williams for the way he performed against the Clarets in the 1-1 draw on Merseyside.
Robertson told BBC Sport about Williams and Jones’s performance: “They gave been great all season and have been pushing the lads in their positions.
“I thought Neco was brilliant and I try to help him whenever I can as a full-back.
“Curtis [Jones] has all the confidence and all the ability in the world and he showed that in times today. Hopefully he has a big career at Liverpool.”
According to WhoScored, against Burnley on Saturday afternoon, Williams took three shots which were not on target, played one key pass, had a pass accuracy of 86.7%, won one header, took 78 touches, attempted two dribbles, made two tackles, one interception and one clearance, and put in six crosses.
Jones took three shots of which one was on target, had a pass accuracy of 89%, won one header, took 87 touches, attempted one dribble, and made two tackles, according to WhoScored.
Both Jones and Williams are doing well at the moment and could become regulars in the Liverpool first team in the coming years.
