The agent of Liverpool and Everton target Leon Bailey believes the Bayer Leverkusen will have no trouble in succeeding in the Premier League, Jamaica Star report.
The Bayer Leverkusen winger has been heavily linked with a move this summer.
According to a report by Sky Sports this past week, Liverpool and Everton lead the chase for his signature while a bargain fee of £20 million could be enough.
The Jamaica Star add that Leverkusen are open to selling him.
Speaking to the editorial, his agent believes Bailey could be a hit in England.
“No doubt, whatsoever (he will excel in England), England requires dedication, hard work and humility; and Leon is an extremely hard worker, he is extremely dedicated and he has extreme focus, and he wants to be a good ambassador for Jamaica and the youths that follow him,” Craig Butler said.
Despite the claim, his agent Craig Butler insisted Bailey will remain committed to Leverkusen who still have a Europa League campaign to compete in this term.
Bailey has enjoyed an excellent season at Leverkusen, scoring seven goals and adding three assists in all competitions.
The Jamaica international has been linked with Liverpool before. He told Fourfourtwo how he previously opted to join Leverkusen over the Reds and Chelsea.
Now, Jurgen Klopp might see Bailey as an ideal option to strengthen his side’s attacking options beyond star wide players Mo Salah and Sadio Mane.
In recent games against Everton and Aston Villa, Premier League champions Liverpool have looked blunt going forward when resting key first-team players.
The Toffees, meanwhile, must bring in extra quality to challenge for the top four.
