Some Everton fans have responded to Anthony Gordon’s post on Twitter after the match against Tottenham Hotspur on Monday evening.

Gordon was in action for Everton in their Premier League game against Tottenham away from home at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The 19-year-old forward did not start the match, but the youngster came on as a substitute at the start of the second half.

The Englishman was very positive in his approach, caused problems for the Spurs players, and actually ended the game playing in central midfield.

According to WhoScored, Gordon took two shots of which one was on target, played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 90%, took 24 touches, attempted one dribble, made one tackle and two interceptions, and put in one cross.

So far this season, the teenager has made two starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Toffees, providing one assist in the process, according to WhoScored.
