Arsenal fans have praised Kieran Tierney after his latest display against Norwich City, suggesting that they picked up a bargain from Celtic last summer.
Arsenal strolled to a 4-0 success last night, with Tierney in fine form throughout the contest.
The £25 million signing from Celtic (BBC Sport) really showed his attacking qualities, as he provided a constant supply of crosses to Arsenal’s attackers.
Tierney is now beginning to prove his worth at Arsenal, after a difficult start to life at the Emirates Stadium due to injury.
And Gunners fans are suggesting that Celtic definitely didn’t get as much as they should have for the left-back.
Celtic have gone on to win the league even without Tierney, but there is no doubting that losing him was a blow to the Bhoys.
Tierney will now be looking to kick on at Arsenal, where he is gradually starting to nail down his starting spot.
Tierney has been in competition with Bukayo Saka and Said Kolasinac for a spot at left-back for much of the campaign, but is becoming Arteta’s first choice in the position now.
