The Scotland international is out of contract at Bournemouth tomorrow and is set to leave the Premier League club on a free transfer.

The Scottish Sun has claimed that Fraser ‘is chasing an eye-watering six-figure weekly packet to stay in the English Premier League’.

Arsenal transfer this summer?

Fraser will be able to command quite a lot in wages as he is a free agent, and it is hard to see him move to Celtic if he gets offers from clubs in the Premier League.

True, the Hoops are a massive club, but the Glasgow giants simply cannot compete with the likes of Arsenal when it comes to salary.

Arsenal are unlikely to finish in the Champions League places this season, and the North London outfit may need to look into signing free agents.

Although the Gunners do have enough attack-minded players, their reported interest in Fraser suggests that they are still open to adding to that particular department.
