According to Kicker, reported Tottenham Hotspur target Thomas Meunier is set to join Borussia Dortmund to replace another Spurs-linked player Achraf Hakimi.
Meunier is out of contract with Paris Saint-Germain this summer.
PSG sporting director Leonardo confirmed to Le Journal de Dimanche recently how Meunier is among five senior members to leave this summer at the end of their contracts.
According to L’Equipe, Tottenham are keen on the Belgium international.

Spurs have struggled in the fullback positions for two seasons. Kieran Tripper joined Atletico Madrid last summer, and his replacement Serge Aurier has been inconsistent.
L’Equipe claimed Spurs boss Jose Mourinho has personally spoken to Meunier over the phone and told the 28-year-old of his plans for next season.
But the latest reports from Germany now suggest Meunier is heading to the Bundesliga.
Kicker say his switch to Dortmund is imminent. Ironically, he will replace Hakimi, the on-loan Real Madrid defender who has also been linked with Spurs (bladi.net).
Meunier may not be this lightening quick, young attacking fullback. But, the three-time French league winner is a reliable, top player and no doubt a summer bargain.
Mourinho has plenty of work at Tottenham this summer. Aside from a new fullback, the Premier League club ideally need another centre-back, midfielder and striker of top quality.
