As previously mentioned, the Doomsday event is scheduled to take place remarkably soon. While we don’t know what’s going to happen as of writing, it appears as though the Agency is going to be blown up.

This should transition the game into its theme for the next Season 3 of Fortnite which will supposedly take place underwater with a possible crossover starring SpongeBob.

What day is Fortnite Season 3 coming out?

Fortnite Season 3 is coming out on June 17th which is a Wednesday.

This means that Fortnite Season 3 is coming out just a couple of days after the Doomsday Device event on June 15th.

As for what you can expect with the new start over, there have been rumours since the beginning of May that there will be an underwater theme.

And the speculation and rumours concerning this have only grown thanks to in-game teasers around the map (via Forbes).

With a flooded map being highly rumoured, it adds context to the speculation surrounding the inclusion of an Aquaman skin.

Aside from DC’s underwater superhero, fans have also speculated that there could possibly be a crossover with SpongeBob. This is thanks to the supposed appearance of his island in a leaked icon.

What time does Fortnite Season 3 start?

There is no official start time for Fortnite Season 3.

However, based on tradition, it’s possible that Fortnite Season 3 will start on June 17th at the time of 01:00 PT, 04:00 ET, and 09:00 BST.
