A photo has been making its way round Facebook that shows Kendall Jenner holding a Black Lives Matter poster, but fans have noticed there’s something very odd about the image.
The American model, Internet personality and Kardashian sister has been the subject of two internet scandals this week as the Black Lives Matter campaigns continue on social media.
First, an old Pepsi advert from 2017 resurfaced and caused huge controversy. And now, this strange photo is really making internet users angry.
What exactly is wrong with the photo, and is it even real?
This photo of Kendall Jenner is causing a lot of controversy
However, social media users were left confused when they looked at her shadow on the floor of the photo, which has no sign.
Is the photo actually real?
If you look at the photo closely it’s actually pretty clear that the photo isn’t real.
The sign as been photoshopped on, as you can see that her hand isn’t even holding the sign.
Many people on Twitter have been tweeting Kendall directly, claiming that she had photoshopped the photo herself! Which definitely isn’t true.
It’s more likely to just be a fan who saw the opportunity to place a Black Lives Matter poster into her hands to raise awareness for the campaigns.
Kendall is under fire after an old Pepsi advert has resurfaced
Kendall Jenner has also been in the news this week after an old Pepsi advert is being shared around social media.
The 2017 advert sees Kendall walking out of a photoshoot to join a protest, then handing a policeman a can of Pepsi, which in turn restores peace and ends the protest.
According to The Mirror: “Viewers were immediately furious with the brand for trivialising the Black Lives Matter Movement and for positioning a ‘privileged white’ model as a peacemaker between activists and police.”
