Arsenal might be getting a familiar face back at the club shortly.
According to Turkish outlet Milliyet, Mohamed Elneny might be heading back to North London over a pay dispute with his loan club.
Besiktas reportedly owe the Arsenal midfielder some £533,000 in unpaid wages.
Fanatik have previously reported that Gunners boss Mikel Arteta has told Elneny that he won’t be having any future under him at the Emirates Stadium.
Here’s how Arsenal fans reacted on Twitter to the latest rumour:
Could Arteta actually end up keeping Elneny next season? It isn’t that unlikely anymore.
Arsenal could lose £144 million [Goal.com] if next season is played behind closed doors and under the threat of that sort of loss, the purse strings are going to be tight in terms of expenditure.
