Liverpool central defender Virgil van Dijk has sent a message to Celtic on Twitter after the Hoops won the Scottish Premiership title this season.
The Bhoys have made it nine league titles in a row this season, with the Scottish Premiership called off early due to the global health crisis.
The final league table has been decided on a points-per-game basis, with Rangers finishing second.
Van Dijk played for Celtic for two seasons from 2013 until 2015 and won the league title twice with the Hoops.
The 28-year-old Netherlands international central defender has congratulated the Hoops on winning the league title this campaign.
Van Dijk has also predicted that Celtic will win the Scottish Premiership next season and will make it 10 titles in a row.
“An amazing achievement and glad to be part of it for two years. I want to congratulate Lenny and all the players.
“Enjoy the break for now. Ten in a row is coming as well.”
Celtic will be favourites
While Rangers have a good team and pushed Celtic in the first half of the season, the Hoops simply raced ahead during the second half of the campaign and will be favourites in 2020-21 as well.
True, Rangers could make a few good signings this summer, but so could Celtic, who already have arguably the best and strongest squad in Scotland.
