What is the ‘stank walk’ challenge?

The challenge sees people do a stank walk (type of movement where your butt sticks out) as they enter a room.

In the videos, people do a stank walk forward if they come across a good online deal or business opportunity, but quickly walk back out of the room when they hear the terms and conditions.

For instance, some of the popular ones are “when your shopping comes to $100” but shipping is $10 and you walk away or when you receive an email about a job internship, but then you realise it’s not paid.

The hashtag #stankwalkchallenge has more than 4.6 million views at the time of publication and there are plenty of variations on the trend.
