Arsenal transfer rumours: Reported interest in Merih Demiral and Manchester United duo

Arsenal are reportedly interested in Liverpool target Erling Braut Haaland, Manchester United duo Dave Harrison and Lyndon Tomlinson, and Manchester City’s head of youth recruitment Joe Shields.

Merih Demiral interest

According to Turkish Football, Arsenal are interested in signing Merih Demiral from Juventus in the January transfer window.

It has been reported that the Gunners have made contact with the representatives of the 21-year-old central defender.

The report has claimed that although Juventus are not keen on selling the youngster, the Italian giants could consider offers of over €30 million (£25.88m).

Demiral has played just once in Serie A for the Bianconeri so far this campaign, according to WhoScored.

 

Youth set-up restructuring

According to The Daily Mail, Arsenal are interested in Manchester United youth recruitment duo Dave Harrison and Lyndon Tomlinson and Manchester City’s head of youth recruitment Joe Shields.

It has been reported that the Gunners are restricting their youth scouting set-up, with head of youth recruitment Steve Morrow set to leave.

Erling Braut Haaland’s plan

Sky Sports have claimed of interest from Arsenal in Erling Braut Haaland, but it has been reported that the 19-year-old RB Salzburg striker is considering a move to RB Leipzig.

It has been reported that Jurgen Klopp\s Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus are also interested in the Norway international, who is valued at over £80 million.

Haaland is reported to be considering a proposal to move to RB Leipzig.
