The broadcaster claims that Bowen is 'understood to be keen to stay' at Hull and help the Tigers in their push for promotion back to the Premier League.
But with 10 goals and two assists from his 16 appearances this campaign, and just seven months left on his contract (although the Yorkshire side have an option to extend that by a further year), interest in Bowen could again ramp up ahead of the January transfer window.
Crystal Palace may be keen to strengthen their side as they pursue a place in Europe, while Newcastle and Southampton will be looking to pull away from the relegation positions.
Palace could also have one eye on replacing Wilfried Zaha, amid reports of ongoing interest in the Eagles winger.
Bowen was at Hull while Steve Bruce was in charge of the Tigers, although he failed to make a competitive appearance under the now Newcastle manager and has played just seven times at Premier League level.
Nevertheless, Sky Sports reports that Hull value Bowen between £15 million and £20m - which has already 'put off several' top-flight clubs.
The 22-year-old suggested this week that talks will continue throughout the upcoming international break.
