Ryan Sessegnon played for Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League on Wednesday.
Tottenham Hotspur fans have responded to Ryan Sessegnon’s post on Twitter following the match against Red Star Belgrade.
Sessegnon, who can operate as a left-back or as a left-winger, came on as a substitute in the 75th minute of the Champions League game on Wednesday evening.
The 19-year-old made an impact after coming on, as he provided the assist for Christian Eriksen’s goal.
The teenager joined Tottenham from Fulham in the summer transfer window, but the youngster has struggled for playing time so far this season due to injury and fitness issues.
According to WhoScored, Sessegnon has played just a minute in the Premier League, and it was his Champions League debut against Red Star Belgrade.
Sessegnon is a very talented and promising young left-back, and the teenager can and will improve in the coming months and years.
A run of games will certainly help the left-back, and perhaps he will get chances in the coming weeks.
Tottenham fans were impressed with Sessegnon’s performance on Wednesday and have praised him on Twitter.
