Toffees fans are not impressed with the Premier League's decision.
Son was involved in a challenge which led to Everton midfielder Andre Gomes sustaining a broken leg which required surgery.
Many felt the red card was harsh at the time and was a response to the outcome of the tackle, rather than the offence itself.
Everton are still reeling from losing their popular midfielder for the season and retain some bitterness towards Son.
Some of this comes from the way the media focused on him as the victim, detracting from the very serious injury suffered by the Portuguese midfielder.
The South Korean international's sending off has been rescinded and he is available to face Sheffield United this coming weekend, and he is in Serbia with Tottenham's Champions League squad tonight.
Here is a look at how Everton fans reacted to the decision...
It's a ridiculous decision that Son's red card has been overturned. He went with intent to foul Gomes, due to frustration of not getting an earlier decision. He tried to foul others before he eventually got to Gomes.— Gregor Allan (@gregorallan9) November 5, 2019
Let's not forget he should have got a yellow for diving. #EFC
Unbelievably Son has had his red card for the crippling tackle on Andre Gomes rescinded.#EFC— Joey Crawford (@joeyrooster) November 5, 2019
Ive been an everton season ticket holder for 40 plus years. Hope everyone at #EFC will join me in wishing Son all of our support, the lad is clearly traumatised and is the real victim in all of this. Bones heal but hearts dont. Stay strong #THFC #NSNO— Dan (@DanTheMan4815) November 5, 2019
Haven't heard anything about Son heading back up to Liverpool to see Gomes. Thought he was Mr Nice Guy? #EFC— Official Kev Ruscoe (@kevdotbadger) November 5, 2019
