Leeds fans react to Izzy Brown stats

Chelsea's Izzy Brown celebrates scoring their first goal of the game

The former Leeds United midfielder had a rotten loan at Elland Road.

Leeds United fans didn't see much of Izzy Brown last season.

In fact, the Chelsea-owned midfielder managed only 11 minutes of Championship football under Marcelo Bielsa for the entire campaign.

Most of that was down to injury, but he was fit enough to make Leeds' match-day squad on 10 occasions during the second half of the season.

For whatever reason, Bielsa didn't fancy using him when he finally could and there wasn't many eyebrows raised when it was decided to send him back to the West London side.

However, it's now clear that Brown is a big asset in the Championship and his performances for Luton are proving as much.

So far, the 22-year-old has clocked more assists than any other player in the division [5] and created 29 goalscoring chances. Mateusz Klich, with 32, is the only Leeds player to have created more opportunities.

Brown has clearly landed on his feet following his failure at Elland Road, and here's how fans of the West Yorkshire club have reacted to his form:
