Nir Bitton is out of contract at Celtic next summer.

Bitton has been on the books of Celtic since 2013 and is out of contract at the end of the season, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
The 27-year-old defensive midfielder is one of the best players in the current Hoops’ squad and has played an important role in the Glasgow giants’ success in recent years.
The Israel international has also been deployed in central defence, with then Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers – now in change of Leicester City in the Premier League – launching a strong defence of the former Ashdod star back in August 2017, as quoted on BBC Sport.
Bitton told Celtic View (Volume 55, Issue 16, Page 13): “Every season is important for a football player but, for me, this season is important because I finish my contract at the end of it. I obviously want to stay at Celtic for as long as I can.”

Celtic stay
Bitton has had injury issues during his time at Celtic, and there will be suggestions that he is not needed at Celtic Park any more.
However, the Israel international is hugely experienced, and a player of his quality and calibre will always have a place in the team.
