Arsenal signed Kieran Tierney from Celtic in the summer, but he has only made a limited impact at his new side.
Celtic fans have suggested that Kieran Tierney may well already be regretting his move to Arsenal, after he was left out last night.
Tierney left Celtic to join Arsenal in a £25 million deal (BBC Sport), and some supporters at Parkhead are still disappointed with the left-back for leaving.
Tierney’s time at Arsenal so far has been frustrating, as he has been out injured for so long.
However, the Scottish international is fit again now, and he was controversially left out yesterday evening.
Tierney was forced to sit on Arsenal’s bench as Unai Emery’s side were beaten 1-0 by Sheffield United, and Celtic fans think that their former player may be regretting leaving them now.
Kieran Tierney probably currently wondering if there is a return to Celtic clause in his contract.— Peter Lally (@Lallybhoy) October 21, 2019
Why did Arsenal sign Tierney if they’re never going to play him? Give him back to celtic lol— Adeel (@Adeel007_) October 21, 2019
I’m over Tierney leaving Celtic. I’m just gutted he’s at such a terrible side now— Connor Wyllie (@connor_wyllie) October 21, 2019
Hope Tierney gets the cold sat om that bench and cries watching Celtic vids on youtube in his bed xx— Smann (@_Scott67) October 21, 2019
Tierney is probably so bored on on the bench that he’s thought to check what the Celtic score was at the weekend— C67 (@Cr02887062) October 21, 2019

Tierney top trend, sold his soul to sit on the Arsenal bench instead of being content being paid over a million pounds a year to play for the club he claimed to love. Traitor. #CelticFC https://t.co/M8z8X9GsmD— Scott Simpson (@Switchbladx) October 21, 2019
Tierney’s action at Arsenal has so far come in cup competition, and he could feature again on Thursday evening.
Emery’s men are set to take on Vitoria in midweek, and that could give Tierney another chance to try and impress for his new side.
