Confirmed: Leeds United v Birmingham City lineups

Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United will face Birmingham City at Elland Road in the Championship this afternoon.

Leeds United will be looking to return to winning ways in the Championship this afternoon when they take on Birmingham City at Elland Road.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Millwall away from home in the Championship before the two-week international break.

The Whites are fifth in the Championship table at the moment with 20 points from 11 matches, just two points behind leaders West Bromwich Albion and second-placed Nottingham Forest.

 

Meanwhile, Birmingham currently find themselves 12th in the league table with 16 points from 11 matches, just four points behind the Whites.

While the Blues are an unfancied side in terms of challenging for the playoffs, they will know that a win at Elland Road will be massive.

Leeds have not been great at Elland Road for a while now, and the players have to step up in front of their own fans.
