Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen is reportedly on the radar of Bayern Munich.

Christian Eriksen of Denmark controls the ball during the UEFA EURO 2020 Qual. Group D match between Denmark and Switzerland at Telia Parken on October 12, 2019 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

According to Sport1, Bayern Munich are interested in signing Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen.

It has been reported that the German and European giants have already made contact with Eriksen’s representatives.

The report has also claimed that although the Denmark international could leave in the January transfer window, it is more likely that he will join Bayern at the end of the season as a free agent when his current contract with Spurs runs out.

It has also been claimed that Eriksen is open to the idea of joining Bayern after leaving Tottenham.

Blow for Tottenham Hotspur

True, Eriksen is not at his best at the moment, but there is no doubt that the Dane is a key figure at Tottenham and is vital in their ambitions for this season.

Spurs simply cannot afford to lose him in the middle of the season, although not being able to get any transfer fee next summer will also be a blow for the North London outfit.
